This policy explains how enquiries and dealer / distributor applications submitted on this website are handled by Winners Rotavator, Plot No. 140, Industrial Area, Phase 9, SAS Nagar, Mohali – 160062, Punjab, India.

What we collect

When you submit a quote, support or contact form we collect the details you enter (such as name, contact details, tractor and requirement information) solely to respond to your enquiry.

When you submit a dealer or distributor application we collect the business information you provide — contact name, legal business name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, state and districts of interest, and the capability details in step 2 (registration or tax number, website, years in the machinery business, brands represented, branch and sub-dealer footprint, sales and service team, workshop and parts-stocking capability, areas served, projected demand, models of interest, trade references and any message).

How it is used

Enquiry data is used by Winners Rotavator to answer your request and follow up on it. Application data is used to assess your business as a potential dealer or distributor and to contact you about that application. Neither is sold, and neither is shared with third parties for marketing.

Application records and reference

Each dealer application is given a unique reference (for example WR-20260905-A1B2C3) and stored on our hosting, outside the public website, so we can track its progress through our review. We also record the date and time of the application and the page it was submitted from.

Where your application came from

If you reach the site from an advertisement or a campaign link, the campaign reference in that link (for example gclid, gbraid, wbraid or utm_* parameters), the page you landed on and the referring website are recorded with your application so we know which campaign it came from. These references are held in your browser for the current session only, are not cookies, and are not used to identify you personally or to build a profile about you.

Website analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate usage of the website. It runs under Google Consent Mode with all storage denied by default. The Google measurement tag loads on every page, but loading it sets no cookie: while storage is denied — before you choose, and if you reject — nothing is stored on your device and Google receives only cookieless measurement signals that carry no identifier used to recognise you.

Analytics cookies are set only if you choose “Analytics only” or “Accept all”. Google advertising storage is granted only if you choose “Accept all”; it is used to measure which advertising campaigns lead to dealer applications. We never send your name, contact details, or message contents to Google Analytics. See the Cookie Policy for the cookies used and how to change your choice.

Retention and contact

You may ask us to correct or delete your enquiry or application data at any time by emailing winnersrotavator@gmail.com, quoting your application reference if you have one.
